This is usually needed in some online forum community..You will just need to discuss anything which is based to the policy of the site. And will be credited for responding to the discussion which has been made..to shorten this all, it is a "YOU TYPE, YOU EARN"..you type in posting discussions means you earn..you type in responding to your/others posts means you earn.. :)
